2.0 Instructions 

Peristaltic pump tube is one of the three major components of the pump and is a common consumable. The material and model of the tube are different depending on the liquid being transported. Therefore, the hose has good resilience, transparency and corrosion resistance. The commonly used hose is silicone hose. Before installing the pump pipe, place the pump on a flat surface, otherwise the pipe will get stuck when installing the pump pipe.

The pump pipe should be installed as close as possible to the pump head (as straight as possible), and the part of the pump pipe inside the pump head should not be too long, because the pump flange will scratch the hose when the pump is running. Before use, the pump tube must be externally cleaned, and no magazines should be left, otherwise it will affect the resilience of the pump tube and the accuracy of delivery. Determine the specifications of the peristaltic pump head. Not all hoses can be installed on the same type of pump head, otherwise pipe channeling will occur.
